The Internet’s highest honor for the digital scene in Belgium

The Digital Marketing Awards is an event by professionals, for professionals, to honor the best work on the internet in the Belgian Digital scene. . It’s open to all organizations and individuals involved in designing, building, managing, marketing or promoting digital campaigns & work and who, every day, are making the internet more engaging and vibrant in Belgium

Nominees and winners will be selected by a panel. All submissions and shortlisted candidates will be evaluated against a number of criteria, selecting the final winner.

All work that is entered must have been in general use for at least part of the current calendar year. There is also no limit to the number of entries you may submit or the number of categories you may enter.

The Digital Marketing Awards recognizes markting or communication actions which performance is outstanding and can be seen as a best practice and inspiration for other campaigns. These awards focus on the result of one or more expertise entries.

  • Most Performing Affiliate award Showcasing the affliliate marketing campaign with the best results.
  • Most Performing SEA award Search Engine Advertising in its broadest sense, from search and display ads to remarketing. Which campaign got the best results out of their budget?
  • Most Performing SEO award Honoring the SEO efforts that impacted a particular campaign results the most.
  • Most Performing Email award A combination of a solid email marketing strategy, target audience definition and email marketing performance.
  • Most Performing Social award Which case reached its goal and which company got the best results out of their social media campaign? It’s all about creative work and exploring new channels.

4 JURY AWARDS  (selected by the Jury)

The Digital Marketing Awards recognizes outstanding teams, personalities, agencies, tools and the most performing digital marketing campaign of the year. These awards focus on the result and performance of one or more campaigns of the same agency or team.

  • Best performing campaign Of all the submitted awards, the jury will select a best overal performing campaign.
  • Best performing Agency Of all the submitted awards, the jury will select an agency who performed the best.
  • Most promising Agency Of all the submitted awards, the jury will select an agency who has a promising future.
  • Innovation award/ Out of the box award Of all the submitted awards, the jury will select a case, which contains some really good creative work.

Rules

The Digital Marketing Awards Competition is open to all organizations and individuals involved in the process of designing, building, managing, maintaining, marketing, or promoting digital campaigns and work. All work that is entered must have been in general use for at least part of the current calendar year. There is also no limit to the number of entries you may submit or the number of categories you may enter.

  • Eligibility: All work that is entered must have been in general use for at least part of the current calendar year in Belgium.Submissions cannot be cancelled or withdrawn after round 1. Creative submissions that are presented via the website must remain active until the end of Novemver 2016. If there is less than 5 cases submitted in a category, the  Digital Marketing Awards organization reserves the right to cancel the entire category.
     
  • Submissions: Deadline to enter the Digital Marketing Awards: 23h59, 30th September 2016. Entrants can submit a campaign in different experts categories and select one industry.  Submissions should reflect work that was carried out predominantly by the submitting agency or advertiser, and the role of collaborating agencies and key individuals should be referenced.
     
  • Entry Fee: Entries for the Digital Marketing Awards is totally free for each category campaign. There are no extra costs involved if you select more categories. Registrations for the evening event of the Digital Marketing Awards are not included in this entry fee.
     
  • Results: The winners will be revealed during evening event of the Digital Marketing Awards.
     
  • Unacceptable Material:  Entries that contain pornographic material, propagate “hate” messages, make defamatory statements, or that are otherwise extraordinarily offensive are not only uncool, they are also not eligible to win a Digital Marketing Award.
  • Fake work & Disqualification: Entries that are fake will not be eligible for judging. Ineligible entries may be disqualified at any phase of the competition without notification.
     
  • Acknowledgment of Entries: Entrants will receive an email acknowledgment when an entry has been received.
     
  • Terms and Conditions of Entry/Usage: The Digital Marketing Awards organization assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the work or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits an entry, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition. The Digital Marketing Awards Organization is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
     
  • Entries must be live and available on the Internet from the date of entry through September 2016, and accessible via http and standard Web browsers. Submission of any entry acknowledges the right to Digital Marketing Awards to use it for exhibition, promotion, and publication purposes in any medium.

If an entry receives an award, the manner and details of announcing that nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of The Digital Marketing Awards. The entrant understands that all awards may not be given or publicized in the same manner and some might be presented in a ceremony and others might not.
